Dementia Together

Proceeds donated to Dementia Together will support educational events in Estes Park to support care partners, families, and the community helping those who are living with dementia. The education provides simple counterintuitive strategies that promote lifelong well being for the person caring for and the person living with dementia. Helping to lessen the burnout and stress on care partners, and increase the connection and joy so that living well with dementia is the expectation, not the exception. We offer all of our education, enrichment, and support services to families at no charge so that cost is never a barrier to connection and hope.
