SAVA Center is the rape crisis center for Northern Colorado, serving Larimer and Weld Counties. We provide 24-hour hotline and victim advocacy services to survivors of sexual violence ages 3 and up, as well as individual and group therapy to survivors and their loved ones. SAVA Center also provides youth-based prevention programming throughout Larimer County, including Thompson School District and Estes Park School District.
Proceeds raised from the Estes Park Duck Race directly support SAVA's core programming: Advocacy, Therapy, and Prevention. These proceeds ensure that when a survivor from the Estes Valley reaches out for help, they have an advocate who is trained to listen, believe, and support and a therapist who is specially trained to provide trauma-focused, sexual violence specific therapy. Proceeds raised also support SAVA's four prevention programs offered in middle and high schools in Thompson and Estes Park School Districts.
